Returns

Quality is very important to us, and our jewelry is extensively screened by our team. 

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and piercing jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion is out of Health and Safety considerations and to prevent spread of possible infections.

 

Damaged Items

For damaged or defective products, we allow replacement of items of the same SKU within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate the replacement process, please fill up the
 Contact Us
 form with the subject: Damaged Item and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.

 

Do you accept international orders?

We only ship within the Philippines at the moment, but check back in a few months from now.  We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen.🖤

 

Do you have an actual shop I can visit?

At the moment, our studio is able to accommodate shopping appointments for fine jewelry only. This is for shopping only, installing/changing of the jewelry is not included (that is a different booking: a Jewelry Change service).
