The Galaxia is a stunning prong setting with a custom rose-cut Zawadi Sapphire surrounded by eight genuine black diamonds. Zawadi Sapphires are found in Kenya and "Zawadi" is a Swahili word meaning gift. These stones are untreated and the chatoyant sheen is naturally caused by the internal patterns of rutile and hematite in line with the natural growth structure of the sapphire crystal.
